Employees are slack because managers are slack. Most of the staff are fine. Housekeeping and phone service are terrible, inefficient, and directly affect guests' mood。The front desk was great 👍, but the manager was indifferent and seemed completely nonchalant.

Everything was great. Only had our room cleaned once during our stay. Had to request towels. Only complaint

Our overall stay was excellent. The room was large with plenty of storage for your clothing. The walk in shower was great and there multiple mirrors throughout the room for getting ready. The one drawback is the least of quick service food options within the hotel. There are options close by to walk to or hop on the monorail to venture down the strip.

Carson towers carpet in the rooms,hallways and elevator needs to be cleaned, The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The main complaint is the tub fills up with water while taking a shower although the drain was open. Also let people know that there are not refrigerators in those rooms as well and you have to pay for a room upgrade in order to get one

Clean, the staff are helpful, and the pool is beautiful
