Horrible service for myself and the couple we traveled with. Prepaid for parking, valet was full, had to park 2 blocks away, not a big deal but annoying. The issue was the staff refused to refund me for the prepaid parking. I was simply told we cannot do it.
They refunded something else that was half the price of the parking which was ridiculous. I’m hauling all my stuff through downtown on the sidewalk instead of pulling up and having my luggage handled like I paid for. All that would have been ok but you don’t refund me for the parking I didn’t even use?? That was ridiculous. 0 stars, will never stay again. This is an expensive hotel, you would expect the level of service to match.

"Be warned that the hotel shuttle to the airport does not arrive at the 24 and 54 hour. We waited at least 45 minutes for our shuttle.
