Clean room close to Disney

The location is definitely the biggest positive! Very walkable with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Disneyland was an easy walk for us, and we walked there and back all 3 days with our kids without any issues. There’s also a shuttle nearby for those who prefer not to walk. Breakfast was about what you’d expect from a continental breakfast nothing special. The coffee, however, was atrocious. I tried both the in-room coffee and breakfast coffee and couldn’t stomach either. Our biggest issues were maintenance and follow-through. Our bathtub was leaking, so I reported it to the front desk around 6 AM and requested extra towels. The young man at the desk asked, in a condescending tone, whether my 1-year-old daughter (who I was holding) had splashed water out of the tub. We don’t bathe our kids in hotel tubs, so we had been holding them in the shower. We returned around 6 PM and nothing had been addressed, and there were no extra towels.y husband had to get them himself. The next day, while we were at Disney, I finally received a call asking if maintenance could check the tub when we returned. It was recaulked, but the wall was visibly swollen from water damage and it continued to leak afterward. One bathroom light was also out, and we noticed quite a few bugs getting into the room. On housekeeping days, we were bitten by mosquitoes quite a bit. Overall, great location, but the maintenance issues and lack of follow-through were disappointing.
