Over-priced and over-sold - pretentions to 5 star, now looking tired and passe. Alledged "fantastic" Italian restaurant butchered classics (a decomposed Caesar salad loaded with Parmesan notably terrible). Staff were welcoming and helpful, my room huge but overall felt neglected and in need of a major revamp.
