Upon checking in the hotel wanted 1000 yuan for a deposit, i didnt know why? I asked about the morning breakfast that was included in my booking, and they said no, my room does not qualify for the free breakfast. Then i find out we cant use the pool due to maintenance, this was the main reason we wanted tgis hotel! Upon checking out they didnt want to give me my deposit back. They argued with me about needing to pay more. I explained i already paid through the internet, why do i need to pay 1000 yuan more? I finally demanded my 1000 yuan back which they unhappily agreed.

Everything about the hotel, the location, amenities and staff were overall good. But the condition of the bathroom seemed a bit old.

Heat did not work in the room (outside temperatures were below freezing) Being told hot water not available during day hours It was freezing inside the entire hotel.
