Chubu Kid friendly Vacations

We unfortunately only stayed for one night but the property was awesome and staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us to send our bags to Kyoto since traveling in and out of Hakone is a little difficult with 4 large bags. Overall amazing hotel, room was beautiful/clean and the breakfast and dinner buffet was so good. Absolutely recommend if you’re staying in Hakone.

The only downfall was too far from the train station. Beautiful property. Friendly staff to stereotypical fat American.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in Japan in one month. Worst breakfast and least friendly staff other than the servers at breakfast. The hotel is tired but clean. Room was large but also expensive. All hotels have water juice and coffee at the lobby. This place is squeaky stingy. I wouldn’t book again. Not good value

It is a very nice stay except the front desk clerk was not helpful with his limited English. Otherwise, Marriot Associa is at great location, well-maintained, known to be a high -end hotel in Nagoya Japan. The sauna is also a great place to visit. However, I would like to know Marriot charge extra for entry per person per day. I would rate this hotel 5 stars on every aspect.
