Got charged $200 and change for an 8 day stay for resort fees. No housekeeping in 8 days, bar closed all day every day, 2 food outlets closed by 3pm along with Starbucks so no resort facilities

The house was so clean and well maintained. The one thing I didn’t like is check in is late and check out is early and they don’t seem to budge on that without a $250 cost for one additional hour. The amenities were great and we loved the water park and pools. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special but our stay was great and would stay again. We were also upgraded from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom home which was nice.

Room had a bizarre smell, mold was present in the shower and sink area. Overall the room was not very clean but we were only there for two nights so overall it was manageable.

Super happy with our stay. Parking garage has Tesla chargers, plus! Staff was very friendly. Room and hotel were clean. We did not visit the restaurant/bar. I will be staying again and highly recommend!
