Was a nice hotel. Check in process very stressful. Poor signage, entrance was difficult to find and parking was just as bad.

My go to when in Brisbane. Good rooms, convenient location and reasonably priced

Room was sufficient for my stay. Did not see staff but thats not a problem. Definitely going to be comi g back again. Thank you guys.

The reception staff were bit rude during check in. Room smelt really damp and no air conditioning it was turned off by hotel even though they advertise air con available apparently its only available during summer months even though our room was 25c during the night. the room is also in need of a upgrade not even electrical outlets near beds to charge mobiles. The breakfast was awful there was no staff available the food was cold. No Orange juice was empty, no cutlery available, no coffee cups, no bacon, no scrabbled egg and when we went there was still an hour left before breakfast finished so was no excuse. To be really honest for a Mercure hotel by Accor I was really disappointed with this one I would recommend staying away.

Room was clean and great. Wished it were a bit closer to Brisbane.

It has charm but room difficult in terms of size and lift noise. Staff excellent and Brekky great

We had a beautiful stay celebrating a birthday in Brisbane. We appreciated very much the extra touches, room upgrade, chocolates and champagne which made a special occasion even more special. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and room peacefully quiet. All staff encountered were warm and professional. We highly recommend.

Room was clean, however re-used disposable slippers that had clearly been worn by others was a low point. Sink would not drain, reported in the morning AM and was not attended to, had to ask again PM evening for them to take care of it. Location convenient enough and hotel maintained to good standard. TV was most frustrating - obviously at time of visit World Cup being on free to air - their antenna or signal not strong enough, sometimes picture with sound, sometimes sound no picture so that was also very disappointing.
