Great stay, rooms are smaller than pictured, but otherwise pretty good hotel with a nice restaurant downstairs.

The concierge was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful!

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was ready by noon. Rooms were beautiful, lots of space.

I stay here every time im in town for work. The size of the rooms for the price cannot be beat in manhattan. Very Convenient spot in NoMad neighborhood.

this is my 4th time in the hotel. we always love it here. comfy large rooms. hardwood floors. excellent bedding. if you are sensitive to noise ask for rooms that face 38 steret NOT 6ave ( that was loud). great jazz downstairs. We eat out including breakfast so many places around ( hotel food is not great). Super central I am always picky and this hotel is great!

This hotel really impressed me. Clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed spaces. The bathroom was excellent, with great water pressure (a big plus!). Staff were attentive without being intrusive. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable NYC stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located to transportation, restaurants, and sites we visited. The concierge person for the hotel was extremely helpful to us and helped save us time and money on getting to several of the sites we wanted to see. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful.
