The hotel is definitely very nice and feel high ends. Having your individual pool is definitely a great touch. The breakfast was great. The service was awesome.

The property is beautiful but the terracotta/ orange sand that blew in from the desert was all over the floor in our room. Our luggage being wheeled in, also carried the orange sand into our room, so our socks and feet turned orange. When I went to use a very white towel, there was a dark “something” folded into it. I thought it was a bug. Thankfully when my husband checked, it turned out to be granola that wasn’t cleaned in their wash.

The view of the volcanos and water was incredible. Waking up to the beautiful natural scenery was unparalleled. Loved the location of the hotel on the cliffside. The included breakfast was wonderful, pools were great and staff amazing

Great location for the Acropolis and other ancient sites. Rooftop restaurant was great too and had amazing views. I found the rooms rather dated and we didn't even get complementary water each day. It certainly didn't feel like a 5* hotel to me
