Nice and clean ,nice staff

Musty smelling room but otherwise very nice

The room was very clean and quiet. Housekeeping came by every day for towels, etc. The staff members were always friendly and helpful. Great location for walking to Old Town.

The front desk staff was really friendly and quick to help. My only little hiccup was when I called housekeeping about extra towels. Instead of just telling us to call back when we need more (since their policy is to request room cleaning a day in advance), the person on the phone hung up on us twice, which was a bit frustrating. Also, there’s a separate fee if you want to park in their lot. It’s handled by a third-party, not the hotel itself, which was a bit surprising for LA, but maybe that’s pretty common now. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but overall, it’s a good place to stay.

Check in was a breeze. We needed an early check in and the manager accommodated us. Very good service.

I always send my surrogates here to this hotel! I've stayed here and love the breakfast too. We are never disappointed!
