San Gabriel Valley Kid friendly Vacations

I really liked this hotel and enjoyed the little getaway that we had for 2 nights. The room and hallway were small, but it was quiet and comfortable. I had a couple of interactions with the front desk staff which disappointed me a little, but by the end of my visit I was very happy I stayed there overall!

I was honestly disappointed with my stay at Hilton Pasadena. The room had a noticeably low ceiling, which made the space feel smaller and less comfortable than expected. More importantly, there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the room, and every time we flushed the toilet, the smell became significantly worse. The pool was also a major disappointment. It felt very basic and underwhelming, especially for a hotel carrying the Hilton name. Overall, the property did not give me the level of comfort, quality, or luxury I would expect from a Hilton hotel. For the price and the brand reputation, I expected a much better experience.
