The check-in lady was exceptional. Complementary upgrade was unexpected benefit. Very grateful and will definitely make this a place to stay whenever I come through Canmore.

The fireplace was loud and making noise that we couldn’t use it. There was no hot water in the mornings. There is no blackout blinds in the bedroom. The pool area is in a separate building and had to go outside or into the parkade for access. Loved Canmore but won’t stay here again.

Good all around, hot tubs and pool were awesome, great location, can’t say anything bad!

Great cozy place for the family. Close to everything

Our accommodations were very clean. It was a beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. The queen bed was very comfortable. The chairs had a little wear and tear on them and we had to request a few extra blankets as the sofa bed only had one very thin blanket. Our request, though, was attended to right away and it was no problem. Overall it was a nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the free underground parking was great!
