Everything from walking in to walking out was great! Exceptionally clean hotel, great friendly staff and very nice rooms!

This property is a little run down, and my room was missing key components like a luggage rack, tv remote etc. Then after housekeeping service they did not refill the coffee nor did they give me a new bath mat after they took all the towels. The food in the restaurant was so-so. Front desk was very nice however.

Staff was very nice, professional and accommodating to all requests and concerns. The property is very well maintained and picturesque and beautiful. However the issues I have pertain to the quality of the rooms. Considering we stayed at the most expensive private cabins, this is definitely not a 4 or 5 star room experience that warrants such an expensive per room chart. I was immediately disappointed at the lack of furniture for clothing storage. A very small armoire with two drawers was all the you were provided to store your clothes. In short, we had to live out of our suitcases for five days. However, the staff brought a rolling garment rack to the room EXECPT IT WAS EXTREMELY CHEAP AND FLIMSY and hardly could hold more than a few garments...??? The fireplace had a big piece of glass broken from it that needed to be replace , the fireplace tools were far and few between... the bathroom had a defective light that needed to be replaced, the toilet bowl had a major flushing issue so...the fireplace had two tall backed "business type" seats and a small tall circular table right in front of it which blocked the view of the fireplace. Not sure why they didnt put a small loveseat or couch in front of the fireplace rather than 2 chairs which prevented you from cozying up with your sigificant other. the rooms have DOWN PILLOWS which I have an allergy to and I ended up sneezing like mad for most of stay. The gym was super light on equipment as well

Shower was cold, beds not that comfortable, place not that clean floors were dirty when wiped.better off just getting a regular hotel.
