This hotel is always great the ladies at the front desk ate amazing,great customer service and always very helpful. The hotel service is great and the breakfast menu is awesome. I live the location, its super convenient to get to every place you need to visit in Zurich.

Breakfast menu was delish and lots of choice - and free. Not so good - there was no Airport shuttle - that info is incorrect- please fix it as 80 Franc’s each way - expensive. Room was dated, but large for Europe. Restaurant - amazing food and we loved it and amazing staff. No air conditioning until warmer months. Windows open at night room resulting in sleepless nights - loud vehicles. Close to Lake 10 minute walk. We felt safe and staff were kind. Thank you.

Location of hotel is walking distance from trams, trains and buses. Room was kept clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice lobby with bar and restaurants. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. Hardworking and accommodating wait staff in restaurant as well! Definitely recommended!

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.
