Great location and great staff.

We were very disappointed with our room. There was far too little counter space and none at all to rest and open luggage. The small refrigerator was on the wall, making it difficult to avoid bumping our heads when we used the counter below it. And there were too few electrical outletd; those in the room were located inconviently above the pillows on the bed. And the bed itself was uncomfortably soft. All in all, a bad experience.

Excellent hotel. Rooms were very clean. Staff really helpful and the breakfast was great!

Staffs at this property are very nice , and helpful. They have tried their best to meet travellers’ requests. For example, staff working at restaurant in this property, she helped me to get something I need to add to the menu . They have provided very high quality of services from front desk , cleaning and restaurant. I always stayed at this property since two years ago when I travel to Warsaw.
