Nice big 1 bedder suite. Sofa bed was pretty comfortable. Comes with fully equipped kitchen, and very convenient with a supermarket (IGA) just beside the hotel. My kids loved the room. Staff was very pleasant as well.
The hotel had 3 Self serve washers (CAD$3) and 3 dryers (CAD$2) which is very convenient for us. Seems to be in pretty high utilisation. I usually used them earlier in the morning which all washers and dryers were available.
Hotel location was very convenient in the heart of downtown Vancouver in the shopping district. Metro was well within walking distances and many choices for good food!

Valet and concierge were great. Asking for something to be brought to your room will never arrive. The dust in the room was the worst I've ever seen. Requested adjoining rooms a week in advance, then was told no, its first come first serve.
