Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases. It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner. 800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.

Excellent staff, great location and rooms are equipped with everything!

Be careful with this hotel, this is not even a three star hotel. Lack of amenities, very ordinary breakfast, too many noise, I do not recommend Thai hotel at all.

The staff and team were very friendly and helpful. However, a few things to note. The lowest the AC goes is 73F. If you need a cooler room at night, consider a different hotel.

The Peninsula Tokyo does not disappoint. Its a classic, fabulous stay.

We had drinks and a light dinner at the bar. Requested a bottle of wine to take to the room and they said it was not allowed. We had to go through room service. Contacted room service and they said they only had little bottles of wine which amounted to 2 glasses. Weird

Everything was nice and clean felt very roomy with good space

The room and hotel was very clean. I have stayed in a several off-brand hotels, and sometimes I find that off-brand hotels are not so clean. However, slash kawasaki was VERY clean. I was quite happy about this. Even when I checked in and arrived on my floor, there was a worker cleaning the baseboard. The hotel breakfast was great. It was not only delicious, it was very filling and well-made. I enjoyed the adjustable bed and projector. Checking out was easy, and I was able to settle my final bill by scanning a QR code in the room. This is especially helpful to anyone whose Japanese may not be too advanced.

Great location. Nearby ito yokado and walking distance to donki. Little smell in the bathroom, like the urine smell, after wash by ourselves the smell reduced. I used to stay different hotel, like Mystay or Sotetsu, they provide more amenities like bath powder and facial cleaning/facial cleaning products/lotion, but Tmark lack for those extra amenities. But still good for stay.
