Apartment style room very clean and comfortable, full kitchen and washer dryer. Great amenities!

I have stayed here multiple times over the last several years. Service from every employee I come in contact with is always exceptional. Hospitality feels sincere without being overbearing. Food quality at restaurant, bar, and pool service has always been top tier.

Room and property are nice. Getting the clearances and codes to use them added an additional 6 hours to my reservation process. Should have stayed at a hotel instead.

The room smelled pretty musty and in room dining needs improvement. The fries weren’t very warm when they came and the food was pretty small for what we paid. That may just be standard with resort. We added the $30 breakfast on and I liked that! The buffet was pretty good. Also, the pool cafe closes at 5 which I thought was weird. It also was pretty pricey but probably what you can expect at a resort. They also add on an automatic 20% gratuity.
