Staff were excellent. The room I was given did not have a window or balcony so that was bad. Small room but clean and neat. Location was very good.

Very central and the staff are the most kind and attentive people. I booked my tours on get your guide but Rosie at the hotel showed me better quality crusies at the same price but with added convenience of hotel pickup and drop off. And better tours than what I had booked. I ended up getting the biggest suite on the cruise and upgraded free to a luxury line at no added cost. The hotel has a good relationship with the best tours. Rosie at the hotel is the best booking tours. Best ones at best price. and I feel they make sure they put you on the best adventures and tours. One tour we stoped at a store on way to the 2 day cruise. They sell art made my handicapped people I bought something and forgot an expensive high speed fan at the store. I realized 10 minutes after leaving. I simply messaged the hotel on WhatsApp and told them. The staff knew the driver and called him and had him pickup this fan on his way back. While I was on the cruise I see a text with a photo of the fan securely in Staffs possession at reception. They didn’t need to do all the effort and calling and asking the driver to detour and drop it off at hotel. I never imagined a hotel and their tour group would do all of that. In this hotel you’ll find a tastefully done boutique hotel with good style. Kind and helpful and attentive staff. That go out of there way to be more helpful than any hotel I have ever stayed. I’ll back to Vietnam and I know exactly where I’m staying. This hotel.

The staff were truly the heart of the experience: warm, welcoming, thoughtful, attentive, generous, and genuinely kind. Every interaction felt sincere, & they consistently went above & beyond to make guests feel cared for. I was celebrating my birthday, & they surprised me multiple times throughout the evening w/ thoughtful touches that made me feel incredibly special. Just when I thought they couldn't top themselves, they somehow did. I stayed in the Executive Room, and it was absolutely immaculate. Beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable, and paired with some of the most breathtaking views I've ever experienced. Waking up in Ha Long Bay each morning felt magical. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and the amenities were fantastic. Everything felt luxurious while still maintaining a warm, personal atmosphere. One of my favorite surprises was the complimentary drone photos, such an incredible bonus and a beautiful way to capture memories from a truly unforgettable trip. Stellar of the Seas isn't just a cruise; it's an experience! I left feeling celebrated, rested, and deeply grateful. I will absolutely be returning. 10/10 from beginning to end!

Staff were so helpful and attentive. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and they immediately helped me get a room for the date I arrived as I was traveling with a friend. The welcome drink was a nice touch, rooms spacious, and the roof top pool has an amazing view.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel du Lac Signature! The staff were so friendly and accomodating, and really went above and beyond to take care of me. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and had every amenity I needed (and then some). The hotel is also in a good location within Old Quarter - just steps from lots of food stands, souvenir shops, and pharmacies. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Hanoi!

The location of the place is amazing, close to the markets, food establishments, spas, and the river. My family loves the spacious rooms. But what I love about this place are the staff. They have been very helpful to me since I arrived and gave me great recommendations. Whatever is lacking in the place (which I didn't notice), the very good people working there are making up for it. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great experience with locals. It is not a 5-star hotel, but they have 10-star people working on this one.
