I stayed at this hotelfor four nights, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff greeted me warmly with friendly smiles and polite greetings—every interaction felt genuinely welcoming.
The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made my stay extra comfortable. The room was spacious, and the hot shower worked instantly, although the drain was rather slow. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet; there were so many options to choose.
One of the best features of this hotel is its convenient access to the shopping mall directly from the back exit. This was especially handy on rainy days, as I could walk straight into the mall without getting wet. From there, it was easy to reach everyday conveniences like the Indomaret convenience store, the Liquid Exchange bar, the Farmers Market supermarket, and a variety of restaurants within the mall.
Overall, the combination of friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent breakfast, and unbeatable location convenience made this a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta.
