Breakfast was outstanding. Best ever. Staff was friendly and attentive. Super busy with tours coming and going. The pool was a bit less than advertised. Overall a good choice.

The employees were the best of all our hotels. They were so friendly. Super helpful booking reservations, guiding us where to go. The hotel is gorgeous. We felt like we were boarding the titanic with all the beautiful wooden stairs and piano playing! Loved all the live music. Every single employee was so friendly. Location is perfect for exploring the area. Didn’t eat the breakfast bc we were only here one day, but it looked and smelled delicious. Room was nice and clean, but one of the beds felt like the frame or box spring was broken bc my husband and I both rolled to the center! We ended up putting our kids in that bed and it was ok for them.

Couldn't have asked for better service. From the time we arrived to the time we left, the attention to detail and great customer service were felt at every moment. Especially since we experienced a rather unintended exciting incident off premises, and which the hotel did everything in their power to assist us. It was greatly appreciated. Food at Salsipuedes was very good, the cocktails at the Bar downstairs on the main level very very good (excellent Pisco Sour) and the ambience all around, very nice. Would highly recommend. Note to the wise...do NOT take a yellow cab. Always take Uber.
