The place looks really aged. The access cards were hit and miss during our first night did not work properly at the glass door from the Level 2 parking to the lobby, on the lifts and on our main door. The lifts from Levels 2 and 3 parking to the lobby also looked old. Shower is ok, bed is ok but pillows were quite hard. We reported our access card to the receptionist and she was very accommodating and friendly. Cards were replaced. The people at the canteen area were also very friendly. The breakfast was ok, my children loved the pastries. No swimming pool.

Perfect place to stay for a family with young kids. Loads of activities. We loved the mini golf and the kids had a great time at kids club.

Lovely place to stay. Although it is an older hotel and rooms they are always upgrading and maintaining it beautifully. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Second time here this year and again had a great stay. Kids love the pool, playgrounds and breakfast.

The staff were generally cheerful, helpful, and responsive. We had problems with our TV and they managed to replace it with a smart TV the next day. Some annoyances: The advertised “Garden View” was dirt, tree roots, sparse grass and the guest services building. We asked for additional coffee pods but were told we would have to pay an additional &1.00 per pod. The toilet seat would not stay up (only a male problem).

The location….right beside the beach….couldn’t get any closer. The staff was helpful & accommodating….we couldn’t ask for better. The accommodations were great…we had everything we needed & the room was clean.

Our stay was exceptional. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding offering fresh and delicious food and the chefs and service were excellent. The facilities were spotless and well maintained else the staff were incredible friendly, professional and attentive. We definitely stay here again.
