The decor in the hotel and rooms were a bit different than what I’m used to, but overall it’s a nice quiet place to stay.

Great service and beautiful room

Staff was super friendly and rooms were clean! We got the executive lounge access for our trip and worth it! Visiting for the world cup and the lounge provided a great breakfast and evening choice of snack items that were perfect for us to save time and snack there to not stop for food on the way to world cup events. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Would stay here again.

This is the first time we've ever stayed at this place. And it sure was a nice experience. The restaurant on-site was a definite plus as the menu and the quality of the food was excellent. I recommend this for all travelers.

Great service and beautiful room

Make sure you arrive at the check in time or later since they will not check you in anytime before 4 pm. I have stayed at this property twice, and attempted to check in at 3 pm this last time and the room wasn’t ready until 430 pm. Check out your other hotel options for sure!

Great location and excellent dining options on the 16th floor.

Great location. Delicious restaurant, Lola. Great fireplace in lobby. Noise level is too much at night. Such a shame, because it is a lovely hotel.

Great service and beautiful room

Everybody was very friendly here. Location is perfectly situated in downtown area. The restaurant Bistro Adler inside was exceptional.

Everything was perfect. Location was a plus. We really enjoyed the breakfast it was elegant and tasty! Only drawback was some of the gym equipment was run down or not working. I would definitely stay here again.
