Ocean view was beautiful. Building is in a great location

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy

every time we have stayed here the staff is beyond friendly and everything is kept so perfectly cleaned at the gym. There's also amazing.

Clean room with a pretty Bay view! Friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is the exorbitant prices at the 3rd floorrestaurant/bar!

Spacious room that included a washer and dryer, well stocked with necessities, everything clean and fresh. Unfortunately the windows don’t seem to be double glazed and the street below is busy - lots of noise from motorbikes and sirens. Front desk staff were helpful but Nomada (the agent) were disorganized and difficult to get in touch with. Were it not for the excessive street noise, I’d come back.
