We stayed at the Grayson for two nights. The staff was friendly and service was great. My only complaint is the room we were assigned didn't have a bathroom door into the bathroom, just a curtain and there was also no shower door and this was a little odd and uncomfortable for us. On the other hand, our friends had a spectacular room with a bathroom door and shower door with separate tub. So when booking be mindful that the rooms are not all the same.

I will definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful and amazing hotel, service was available 24/7 and it was so peaceful and perfect for a girls trip

The only thing I did not like is that the host never answered the phone to give the access code to enter the residence. I had to contact Expedia and the process took a long time.

The Faena is just fabulous!!!! I have been staying there for the last 7 years! It’s the most fabulous hotel in Miami! The staff are very professional and goes above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable! Property is pristine and absolutely beautiful ❤️

Hotel was very crowded with kids around the pool. Staff was very friendly. Beware the food nor drink menus has no prices when ordering and a shocker when signing the bill
