Clean room Good breakfast

The location is amazing: right on the beach, easy walk into Surfers shops and eateries, free onsite parking, really well set up with three bedrooms, full kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer, two bathrooms and heaps of room to spread out a bit.

Nice apartment. Great view. Easy access with lifts. Nice heated outdoor pool with area to lounge around or do a bbq. Very close to beach, surfclub and other shops. Staff professional and helpful. We will stay again.

Room was amazing and had the nicest staff . All were super friendly and extremely helpful. From The very first a check in with Winnie and Georgia , they were so lovely and genuinely nice girls.. definitely talking about coming back soon.. loved it Ps. Loved the santal 33 in bathroom. One of my favourite scents

I did not have a bad experience but would not go back. Just not a 5 stars experience. Hotel looks ok design wise. Room was confortable and very clean. View was good.

We had a really nice stay at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise. The location is unbeatable — especially for New Year’s Eve. Watching the fireworks from the area was amazing, and the neighborhood itself is lively with the beach, shops, and restaurants all around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made things easy. Another big plus is the food scene — there are so many good places to eat right next door and within a short walk. A couple of minor issues: the curtain in the master bedroom was slightly torn, letting in early morning sunlight and affecting our sleep, and the dishwasher had a few dirty dishes left inside when we arrived. Overall, these were small things in an otherwise great stay.

Room average condition. Cleaning very average. Eg windows covered in grease. Lounge seats falling apart. Cutlery greasy. Great location and friendly staff

The appartment was very basic in terms of fitout and furnishings( kitchen utensils etc). Only one large and one small towel per person per stay regardless of the length (12 day stay in our case) which was quite insufficient IMO, even though there is laundry ( which is the management agency argument ) 2 towels pp would be a bare minimum given the length of stay. No service midway again didn't expect a clean but a re-supply of towels would have been nice given the length of stay. There should be different service depending on the duration of stay, so in our case, staying 12 days and to be "treated" the same as someone staying for 5 or 7 doesn't make sense. So a mini service at least say every 7 days at least would make sense.

The location and facilities available were great. The main

room was lovely and clean, amenities are good, arcade needs a little bit of a revamp due to damage from patrons but still fun on rainy days. The lifts were half working during our stay due to them being swapped out due to age and parts availability which slowed down getting in and out of the hotel, but this can't be helped and will be better in the long run for future stays. The hotel is in a great location for everything and a short walk to the beach which you can see from the balcony.
