The building and rooms are a bit older, but that's fine. My issue is that I paid for the best room they had, at quite a premium, to then be given one of the smallest rooms. On top of that, they did not offer a partial refund or anything. The difference between their 800+ sq ft room with a balcony and a tiny room with a king is quite substantial, I definitely would not have paid the rate I did for that hotel just to be given a tiny super expensive room. We also booked this one by accident as it's very close to another hotel we stayed at, under the same clique name, which is in a much better location and at a much more reasonable price. If we didn't have to head off to an event we were coming out of town for, I would have quickly cancelled and made sure this place ended up in the no-go list.

Convenient shuttle to/from the airport. Great showers. Comfortable bed.

Close proximity to YYC. Shuttle very handy plus parking vehicle at property was convenient too. Five star stay⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
