8/10 Very Good! (2,109 reviews)
I have not often stayed at a Best Western in the U.S. but this small hotel close to Fiumicino airport was a hidden gem! Clean, modern, pleasant staff and convenient shuttle to airport. Restaurant was good too! I would stay here again without hesitation.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,530 reviews)
It was a holiday weekend in New York City and hotels were running high so rather than stay in the Time Square area we came to the upper west side to the Beacon hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was over $800 and it wa the kind of hotel and room I would have stayed at in my late adolescence. It was grungy and had a feeling of being unclean. The room was tiny. The TV didn’t work at first. The lobby looked like a bus station and one man at the desk was rude. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone that I care for. It felt punitive..
