We had an absolutely amazing time here and definitely plan on coming back. Everything about this hotel was an absolute dream. The staff was fantastic, the location incredible, and the complimentary room upgrade was the icing on the cake. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Most amazing hotel with great staff

We loved our stay! We were not at the hotel itself, but at the luxury apartments which was a 7-10 minute walk. Although it seemed farther than advertised, it did not matter to us. We had an amazing stay. The food was great. The pool and access to the water was amazing. There is no beach to lay on but there is plenty of lounge chairs, floats, ect. There was even a short swim to a waterfall where you could jump off of rocks if you wanted to. The air-conditioning worked amazing, the kitchen was huge, tons of eating space, living room was large, and the bathrooms were amazing…. and the view from our apartment was stunning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved everything about it.

Cannot wait to return to this property! It was so beautiful in the staff was so nice. Right when we arrived, they upgraded our room to the suite. Such great views, and the restaurant on the balcony is the best.! cannot wait to come back

The hotel is walkable distance from the main city centre and the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. All the staff members were extremely helpful. Special call out to Sonia, Carlo and Antonietta.

Most amazing hotel with great staff

The hotel is gorgeous and in a wonderful position in Amalfi. Simone at reception greeted my arrival with a lovely room upgrade. The breakfast is expansive and the dining room staff is very attentive. The cleaning staff make my room clean and sparkling everyday. The grounds are heavenly with lemons, figs, limes, and oranges growing above you.

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!
