The hotel was good. Loved that there was a Starbucks on site as well as a bar & grill. Staff were lovely. Easy enough to leave the car there and get an uber into the main city. My only real issue was that there was only shampoo in the shower and no conditioner.. for a girl with medium-long hair, this just won’t do. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

It was expensive, but the biggest drawback is that the airport shuttle (which costs) doesn’t go to terminal 4.

Challenging to find the hotel entrance, but staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Great location with amazing staff. We had a room with a balcony and view of the castle which was great and also challenging. With the balcony we could cool off the room along with the fan we got from the front desk. The hotel does not have air conditioning and it was quite muggy. While the location is great with needing the balcony door open it was incredibly noisy.

This hotel is well managed and close to Heathrow Airport. Perfect for before or after a flight.
