Nordland Cheap Vacations

From the pictures, I expected a lot better. I understand this is a “historical” hotel but the decor, especially in the room, is so outdated it gives it a creepy vibe. Seriously, my room felt haunted. What is up with those red flower curtains? I had to sleep with a light on. Other notes: -The fitness room is very dissapointing. Only one treadmill out of several machines other worked. -The staff was very pleasant to interact with. I did not try the onsite restauraunt/bar. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

This hotel was much better than what I expected. It is in a good location, accessible parking, good restaurants around and 8-10 minute walk from Pikes Market. The only “negative” thing that I could mention is that the beds are soft and too low (no boxspring) which is a bit difficult to deal with if you have chronic back condition. But the same can be great if you are traveling with young kids and you like soft beds.
