Excellent location and, very friendly and helpful staff!

I booked this hotel after our arrival to Madrid and the main reason was the review I read here. I noticed a consensus with how great services is at this hotel. Those reviews were right. The service staff at this hotel is spectacular. The security folks, receptionists, pool lifeguard, rooftop bartenders. Awesome! I also read that reviews stating that they should play music at the rooftop and I agree with that as well. I will return to this hotel.

Great boutique hotel with small room but well appointed and stylish. Amazing rain shower. The staff gave us a great restaurant recommendation for lunch upon arrival. Walkable to shopping, restaurants right out the hotel door! Would stay here again.

Excellent location, everything very close. Has washer and dryer in the room. Staff was amazing, Marina at breakfast always had a smile, and the food was good!

You feel so safe, and protected at all times, super fast and wonderful Room service, mini Bar is outstanding and a step ahead all other Hotels, breakfast is incredible and inclused
