7.8/10 Good! (39 reviews)
While I didn't use any amenities, so I cannot grade them, the hotel was in a great location, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room and bed were comfortable. I appreciated the microwave, fridge and hotpot so I could save money on meals. Thanks for a great stay!

8/10 Very Good! (453 reviews)
Food from the hotel restaurant made a family member feel very sick, especially the fish.
We were told after checkin that there was no hot water.
Bathroom floor and room carpet appear to be rarely cleaned.
TV was not working, when we called front desk for assistance, they never sent someone to fix on contrary to what they told us.

7.2/10 Good! (10 reviews)
I had a wonderful stay at Settle Inn Mirage Boutique Hotel this past weekend. The hotel is cozy and welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Everything was spotless and well‑maintained, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. What impressed me most was how affordable it was without compromising on comfort or quality. The staff were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt.
