Visited from Canada. Property is old, one elevator was not working for all 3 nights I stayed. Big lineups for one elevator which was working. Staff were courteous and helpful. Yet does not give the experience of the price I paid for.

Great location with the World Square across the road and reasonably easy walking distance to Darling Harbour, Paddy's Markets and Light Rail/Train Stations. Rooms were a great size and having a balcony and access to the pool was great too.

A great central to everything location. A short walk to train station and over to Darling Harbour. We went to the theatre and yet again just a short walk. The property was well presented. The breakfast well worth it. Really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the communication with our booking we requested two beds in one of our two rooms booked. They had missed my emails and only prepared a queen size and had to quickly organise a trundle bed shoved in the room. This wasn’t ideal but we just dealt with it. This wouldn’t stop me from staying there again though as the in house customer service was good.

Comfortable room well laid out . Hotel has a friendly and relaxing feel.

Amazing place to stay with fantastic view of Sydney and the Harbour Bridge. Very close to public transport. Very accommodating to book us a taxi to go to our cruise in White bay. Staying at the Pullman was our holiday highlight.

This was one of the first boutique hotel decades ago and recently had a major refurbishment- the results are outstanding. It’s staff and central Darlinghurst have always been great, but now the rooms and facilities are totally fantastic in a C21st manner. I experienced a deep, deep sleep and really didn’t want to check out and face the day. Will definitely stay again…
