Very small room, I called down to concierge and they could not understand my Australian accent and decided to just hang up in my ear, I called back and they just dismissed my complaint, I will not recommend this hotel

Wonderful hotel just off Bryant Park. Walking distance to Broadway and Central Park. Rooms for very cozy and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was good. We’ll stay here again… just double check size of bed when you book, it could be smaller than you think?

The room and bathroom were spotless, lovely towels, shower, bed and pillows were comfortable as well- even the toiletries provided far exceeded most hotels I've experienced. Pretty decently spacious for a NYC hotel room as well I noticed! the front desk staff were warm and lovely, though we didn't need any help. Was really nice to have a restaurant on site we could eat breakfast at as we were traveling that day so it simplified things. Albeit, the food was a bit overpriced and didn't have much flavor- and the service was ultra slow- but it was still an appreciated convenience and everyone was very nice. The rooms were well sound proofed which I REALLY appreciated a lot and is unique for a lot of hotel experiences. I will and hope to definitely return in the future!
