Excellent and accommodating staff. Very clean and well appointed rooms.

Overall a very good hotel, clean and great location. Was not luxurious- the beds and linens were OK but not great and there was virtually no room to walk around the bed. Having 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen in a location convenient to transport with free laundry is a great find. The 7th floor patio with a river view was an incredible amenity. Have to mention the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable lovely. Excellent central location. Studio room with balcony....bed super comfortable. Shower amazing. Classy, comfortable, relaxing and staff just fantastic. Bars and restaurants so good and good value for NYC. Very sad to be leaving

Rooms are small but very beautifully designed. Rooftop views are epic, with separate elevator access for hotel guests.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left each hotel rep was kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our rooms were exceptionally clean and the location is perfect. We most certainly WILL return

The breakfast was a nightmare; queuing to get in the restaurant and then the coffee machine was not working. When I eventually got a coffee and placed on my table, I then had to queue again for the self service buffet, I returned to find it had been cleared away and this happened on numerous occasions. Generally it was over populated and severely under staffed. Avoid
