They have got an excellent restaurant for impressive dinner menu and an amazing variety of breakfast. Both the public and private bath in the room were amazing. Since we have stayed 2 nights at the hotel, we get to try different onsen there (they swap the female and male onsen area every night). The location is also very close to the metro station with a number of restaurants nearby.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parts of the facility extremely dated. While the place was not dirty, it could benefit from a deep clean.
