8.6/10 Excellent! (6,208 reviews)
Room was kept clean every day, average hotel not a 4 star as advertised. Good location, very close to Times Sq.
Didn't even ask if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out.

Tokyo (HND) to New York (JFK)
6.8/10 (2,108 reviews)
No amenities, resort fee for wifi access, lobby area and furniture extremely dirty. Rooms were small, unkept, and bathrooms were a nightmare with mold and horrible fixtures.
Only good thing was distance to Time Square
