very nice staying there, incredible view from balcony!!

Town was walkable. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a locker room outside for ski and snowboard equipment to dry and everything. Building is well maintained. The spa, pool and steam room are very nice and needed after snowboarding. The gym is minimalistic but does exist. The restaurant however refused to serve me. Said they were full but there was only one table full of people. More then half of the tables and chairs were empty but was still refused service.

First time visiting Switzerland. From arriving to the Hotel views were stunning. As it was my Birthday they upgraded me to there biggest suite which was just the icing on the cake. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Bus stop right outside to take you to the slops which was free and literally 10 minutes drive. Breakfast was amazing literally had everything to pick from. The spa facilities amazing views from the outside pool amazing water was warm everything was perfect. Hope to visit again thank you Eringer for your hospitality.

I selected a mountain view room, but got one with no view. The hotel was nice enough to get me a dinner, but I still would have prefered the nice view. No other rooms were available.

Very beautiful. And nice place worth this price

The staff who assisted us were excellent; very helpful and personable. The location (we were in Blue) was great; near the bus stop and lifts. The photo's are accurate. the views from the patio are very good. The layout is just a little odd (no shower, but a tub in the downstairs master, bathroom lighting obstructs the mirror if you are relatively tall). figuring out the light switches took some work for us. The biggest drawback for us was that the seating in the main community area (couch) is not comfortable to lounge in. We also wished the spa area (sauna and hot tub) was available outside of 3-9pm. We visited in May which is one of two construction months in Zermatt; so there were cranes, helicopters and construction going on full swing. The other month to be wary of is October. this is not the property's responsibility; but just FYI.
