We had a 4 day stay where the second day there was some fault in a system in the hotel and everybody's ac weren't working plus in our bathroom there was problem in the flush so we requested to upgrade our room and the staff was helpful and polite and they did give us upgraded room on our 2nd day onwards

The best property in BKC for business travellers. It’s right next to the US embassy. Perfect place to stay if you are in BKC for the US visa appointment. The day of my visa appointment it raining. They lent me an umbrella and dropped me off to the embassy, for no charge 😊
