Huge resort, popular with Korean guests. Comfortable, although a bit dated suite with a nice ocean view (unfortunately, it was rainy). Breakfast buffet with many good options, although very crowded. Much more quiet in the club lounge on the eighth floor.

Room was excellent. Service was excellent. The only negative was the spa. We made reservations and was told there would be a charge if we canceled. We said ok. Booked for later that night in person. The spa canceled on us. Said someone did not show up for work. Not exceptable. We scheduled our whole day around the spa and was very disappointed when we arrived and they canceled with us.

The room was great. The pool area is beautiful. Everything else was okay. The upstairs bar was fine. The servers in the restaurants weren’t very attentive, and the food almost took an hour. The resort also doesn’t really have a nice sandy beach, so you have to take a shuttle to Alona. The spa was pretty good

The view on the 3rd floor balcony was excellent. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was good with the exception of the ants. There were a lot of ants in our room. It's not something you can get rid of because they live inside the wood on the balcony. The access to this hotel is not very accesible, so be aware if you're travelling with kids. There's a 5-10 minute rough walk to the main road to ride the e-trike. If they do something about the ants and if you don't mind the decent walk to the main road. This would be a great choice for you.
