"Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. "Well, unfortunately, it seems to me that there's an unfair advantage among Filipinos because their customer service is absolutely top notch. Yes, I could say that the hotel was immaculate in every way, fully modern and lacking absolutely nothing. But a building is just a building without the fantastic employees who treat you like royalty. Honestly, sometimes I was even embarrassed because I didn't feel worthy of such an exceedingly high level of customer service. It truly is the people! Now I'm on my way home and chilling in Taiwan waiting for my flight home to Los Angeles. Sadly, the people here just don't compare. And before you think I'm a Filipino hooking up his own folks. I'm Mexican and I love the culture in the Philippines. I guess we're sort of cousins thanks to our Spanish bloodline."

They’ve all very respectful. I admired the company for providing great training to employees. You have all the right people that works with you. They’re all have so much passion on what they do. Highly recommend Radisson Blue. This is the reason I always stay here each time I visit Philippines."

"3 separate swimming pools, and the location is amazing as the beach is a few steps away with access to lounge chairs only for hotel guests. Buffet breakfasts everyone morning was great with lots of selection. Staff was all super friendly."

"Second stay i a month's time and again it was top notch, the room spacias, clean, comfortable and had needed amenities for a great stay. The staff in all areas were pleasnt, helpful and knowledgeable plus a good sense of humor. The dining was delicious, we had beef baby ribs and a sirlion steak, we both cleaned our plates...yummy. Breakfast very good with nice selection of choices available. We plan to rerurn again about 3 weeks, looking forward to it... This time we will try eating on the Roof Deck , the menu looks very interesting also, as well as the view."
