"We had a fantastic stay. By far the best hotel we stayed at during our month in the Philippines. The hotel has been completely renovated and only opened in November 2025. Everything is new and beautifully designed. The staff are all incredibly attentive and make sure you have an amazing stay. Since it is new, there are still a few minor points that could be improved, but nothing significant. We will definitely be coming back!"

The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic, very welcoming, friendly, and always helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend Buddy’s Beach House for anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable beach escape. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I truly enjoyed our extended stay at Bai Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. One of my favorite things about the hotel was its beautiful design and décor. I loved the attention to detail in our rooms and throughout the property. Everywhere you walk, the hotel feels modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the exceptional staff. Kent from the Pool Club and Charm from Café Bai always made us feel welcomed and genuinely happy to see us. Their friendliness, warmth, and excellent service added a special touch to our experience and made us feel right at home. Thank you to the Bai Hotel team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning again in the future!"

"We stayed in a Junior Suite and initially had a good experience. The resort was very clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was kind, and the on-site medic was professional and supportive when we needed assistance. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious maintenance issue. During the night, the air-conditioning unit leaked water onto the floor near the bathroom entrance. The leak went unnoticed while we were asleep, and in the morning my fiancée slipped on the water when walking to the restroom. She fell and injured her back. The staff responded professionally, and the hotel kindly extended our checkout from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. While we appreciated their assistance, we still had to catch a ferry to Cebu and then continue to the airport for our flight back to Australia. The incident caused significant stress, disrupted our travel plans, and my fiancée was in considerable pain throughout the journey. While I acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the staff who assisted us, a preventable maintenance issue resulted in an injury and had a major impact on the final day of our trip. Because of that, I cannot rate the stay positively despite the otherwise good aspects of the property."

"Room is clean and very spacious. Breakfast buffet is always the best. Staff are friendly and courteous. My cousin who stayed with me left her wallet in the room and only find out when we checked out. She was able to get it back the next day. Honesty is the best policy indeed and I appreciate it so much. It’s our second time staying there and definitely be coming back."

"Sincerely amazing service and atmosphere. Everything was clean to a high standard, wonderful water pressure and temp control in the shower, great food on location. The highlights of my stay here were: I had one of the top three massages I’ve ever recieved at the spa. I regret not remembering my masseuse’s name but I was soooo relaxed afterwards. Breakfast buffet is amazing and had a great array of different cuisines plus lots of fresh fruit, and delicious sikwarte (local hot cocoa). The atmosphere is great, I love the way the facilities look with all the pools and the ocean behind the check-in area in the lounge."
