This stay was not worth $600+ a night, at all. Just meh, average. Most of the staff tried really hard (particularly my housekeeping person, she was lovely, dealing with a room issue), but there was zero wow factor. Room was very average, nothing special at all. A $200 room, not even close to $600 + all the taxes/fees. Even if “busy season”. For the price I paid I expected a bit of wow / “niiice” factor, there was none of that. I actually feel taken advantage of, for what I paid for this booking experience. And expect a lot of loud Americans.

This resort was every bit of amazing. I didn’t like the fact they didn’t offer streaming bcuz I like to watch tv b4 bed. Another thing is they had an extra charge for VAT for 10% on everything on top of the already 15% gratuity. On top of everything being expensive already. Which when I booked I thought I was already charged a VAT fee.
My kids and I enjoyed the resort over all. I highly recommend for families with children. Just bring a lot of money lol
