So luxurious with a fabulous staff. I had a very nice room with a terrible view of the top of a parking garage, but I still enjoyed the room! Top-notch service. Brunch options could be a little heartier, I’m a fussy chef! Truly enjoyed my stay!

Entire staff was very professional. Room was clean. The entire experience, including Valentine's dinner at the Peregrin was exceptional. We will be staying there again on our next trip to Boston.

Booked a channel view room. Could not see the channel because the roof below is completely blocks the view. Very disappointing since the view is my main reason for choosing this hotel. Also paid the fee for late check out and had housekeeping at our door 5 times between 11 and 2 trying to clean the room.

Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available.
