I had a very enjoyable stay overall and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, modern, and clearly cared for to a high standard. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was very good with a great selection to start the day. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the on-site parking. Considering how difficult parking can be in this area of Edinburgh, having parking available at the hotel is a major benefit and made the stay much more convenient. The location is also excellent. The city centre is only around a 15-minute walk away, and Edinburgh Castle can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot, making it a perfect base for exploring the city without needing to rely on transport. The only reason I am not giving completely perfect feedback is due to noise disturbances during my stay. On Saturday morning, roadworks started directly outside the hotel just before 8:00 a.m., which unfortunately prevented me from enjoying a longer rest. Then on Sunday morning, a housekeeping cabinet located opposite my room was opened and accessed quite early, creating additional noise. The staff member was polite and apologised, which I appreciated, but unfortunately by that point my sleep had already been interrupted. Despite these minor issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness, location, parking facilities & breakfast.

The best location to go exploring the city . Plus the outside and inside bar area is quality . We will be visiting again

The hotel is very well positioned on the beautiful Charlotte Square. It truth the hotel, compared with when I stayed there a few years ago, was a bit run down and even grubby. Needs a spot of paint and quite a lot more - rather disappointing.
