Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful

Lovely clean hotel. Staff on reception were brilliant. Breakfast was really good. Bed was comfy!!! Would definitely stay again.

The check-in process was slow. The room had one dining chair missing from the table and the soundproofing was not effective. I could hear the lift and also streetnoise as the window did not tightly close. The space was great and the breakfast was good.

Limited unloading area. Need to help yourself with the luggages. However, the breakfast was great, lots of variety of hot food.

Can’t fault the place. Would definitely return and recommend

The facilities in rooms are excellent, a fully equipped kitchen area, great bathroom, dining table and chairs, you could live their permanently as it has everything you would need. Situated two minutes from Selfridges, the Arndale Centre and bars and restaurants it is very convenient. Be aware there is a £100 deposit preauthorisation required until you have checked out and the room has been inspected. My only criticism is the bed is very hard, the option of a mattress topper would be good.
