The hotel is immaculate and a delightful,
spa-like refuge from the NYC chaos. The staff went above and beyond to welcome our daughter since it was her first trip to the city. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay there on our next visit to the city!

Poorly designed facility. Took over 30 minutes to come down from 15th floor to lobby in am.
No lobby rest room. The closest rest room was down in the gym area in the basement
NO AVAILABLE ELEVATOR.
WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN
