The Hotel is a beautiful classic European hotel. The staff is friendly and the food is great. They are understaffed at busy times, which is quite often. The fitness center is small and tends to get overcrowded. The spa is chaotic as it is located on 3 different floors with 4 different departments. I scheduled, in person, a treatment for my wife and confirmed it and then they said I didn’t have an appointment. I asked to speak to a manager but the manager wasn’t able to speak to me. They are not managed by the hotel so there is no recourse for problems. The cafe by the pool had terrible service. I would avoid the Spa but then why stay at a hotel with a bad Spa.
