Western Oregon All inclusive Vacations

Room had an unmade bed when I checked in at 930pm. Had to move rooms. No notice of gym being unavailable which was important to me. No wine offered despite it being part of my package. Toilet broke in 2nd room, took ages to get repaired. No free breakfast offered. Staff were very kind and professional.

Had a very easy check in and check out. Ordered room service and it was yummy! Tomato salad was a pass though.

I was impressed by how spacious the room was. I liked how there was cozy furniture around the tv which created a separate space from the sleeping area, plus there are two sinks in the room. It would've been perfect if there were a microwave and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. I also liked how there were two mirrors, so one person could use the bathroom while the other could use the mirror and sink in the other room. This room was ideal for our convention needs. The only drawback was, our shower drain was clogged, so showers were sometimes like standing in a shallow pond. The hotel was in an area where there are a lot of unhoused and they can get a bit crazy at times. The hotel is across from Lloyd Center, so some unique shopping and eating adventures are possible. The staff was courteous. My partner took advantage of the marketplace for a quick snack, so that was convenient. We plan to stay here again for our next convention.

I love the location and the staff were great. No complaints about the room at all.

Room itself was pretty basic, though we were placed at 15th floor. No special amenities in the room like slippers, robes or toiletries.
