Mojave Desert All inclusive Vacations

A lot of reviews stated the rooms were old and not well cleaned. We had a fully remodeled room in the Ipanema tower - the room was really nice, large, comfortable, and clean. Other reviews also stated check-in was difficult and staff were rude - neither of these were our experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff member assisting us was very helpful and friendly. We also had an excellent dinner at the Luckley Tavern. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is the Ipanema tower had almost half the elevators out of service. The number of elevators available was probably sufficient for typical traffic, but there was a large volleyball meet at the convention center, and there were certain times when all the teams were trying to use elevators at the same time. This caused huge backups with long lines to get onto an elevator. It was so bad that if you were on a middle floor and needed to go down, each elevator going down was full when it got to the middle level floor and you couldn't get on. Many of us just pressed the up button, were able to enter a mostly empty elevator up to the high floors, and stay in back to the bottom. Again, this only happened a few times during our stay, but when it did there were long delays. But overall the hotel was very nice and I would stay there again.

I wil lbe back!! That should say enough! Only issues we had the whole 10 days we were there is the parking, and its not the hotel thats in charge of the parking. In the end i was refunded the $56 US charges I was charged, but i was told no the first time, and then I complained more, and finally was refunded. One other complaint was, this was one of the timeshare hotels, and they were EVERYWHERE! offering free this and that. Because i was with my daughter and not my husband I wasnt allowed to get any deals. The lady actually gave attitude to the other employee that brought us to th ecounter and yelled "She is MARRIED and her husbands IS NOT HERE WITH HER!!" she then slammed down a free comedy club card and said "here, thats all you get!!" i was confused at first (this was as soon as we got there and had no clue who these people were, i was asking the one woman about a cirque show when she scooped us over to that counter) and asked her "What do you mean? so, if i was married and my husband was here, what would i get??" She abruptly said " you would of gotten over $700 worth of stuff!!" with a tone like basically telling me to go away, you are nothing to me! Great start eh? Was very upsetting at the time, but now that I educated myself once getting to the room and googling it, lol, I am now aware of who these people are and stay as far away from them that i can! Pool was amazing, room was top notch with amazing views

Everything was wonderful. My room overlooked the Sphere this time and I felt like I had the whole world to myself. The Sphere was absolutely amazing. Thank you for another great stay! I’ll be back. 😃

Only wish thy didn’t pre stock the mini fridge (seems to be the Vegas standard nowadays) other than that, the pool was great, food was great, and the room was really clean.

Majority of staff were very nice. Property was okay clean initially, but upon closer look it’s not super clean. Wasn’t 5 stars experience. Pricey for the experiences, no standard amenities, charge for everything except water.

Room were clean nice. Easy to access

We had the best experience staying at the Wynn (Encore) for our 10 year wedding anniversary! The staff was super friendly and handled our requests promptly and with care. We arrived before our check in and the front desk gave us an early pool pass to enjoy the spa and pool amenities. Our room was on the 51st floor. (E5148) - which had beautiful panoramic views and a direct view of the sphere! It was amazing! The room is upgraded, clean, spacious, and very techy! They had automatic lights, drapes, and a tablet that controlled everything even the TV. Alexa was also available to play music at our timing. The bell desk delivered our bags within 15 mins of arriving to our room. They helped us understand the features of our room. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Mizumi. The food was delicious and the staff so impressive! The view of a large waterfall was just the best setting for our special occasion. We enjoyed two breakfasts at the Terrace Cafe - their steak and eggs were soooo good!!! We loved that we got to do so much within the Wynn/Encore hotel property! We even walked from our hotel to see No Doubt at the Sphere. The whole experience was amazing!! Highly recommend.
