Stayed in the Palace tower which is about an 8 minute walk to the main lobby area, then a few more minutes to the car unless doing valet. There’s a tram that can take you between the towers but it can take some time. It was a really nice property, beautiful views. The palace tower was new renovated so the inside was nice and clean and pretty spacious. Perfect for families as there are lots of activities and the pool looked nice. Or for people who are just wanting to stay at the resort. I came with friends and we did a lot of exploring outside so didn’t get to thoroughly enjoy everything the property had to offer. Real nice place though. They had an issue with the key system at check in so we did have to wait some time and it took a while to get resolved, security ended up having to let us in so that was a little inconvenient but otherwise good stay. Had some food at the lagoon grill which was not bad, everything’s pricey so be prepared for that.

Compared to other facilities, not necessarily in Hawaii, this place is overrated for the price of $800 per night.

Stayed for a family event so only had time to have breakfast in the restaurant once. The place is stunning and you get the sense that the rest of the city simoly just disappeared….and weren't we just at the airport five minutes ago?! Magically, Cedarbrook is a hidden haven and gem. Need to mention TJ and Gabriella who greeted us back every time as if we had simply returned home, so very welcoming and friendly. They added life and charm to the place. Thank you both. We were treated to Edgewater for brunch, a great experience, truly. I bring it up because I actually preferred the world famous restaurant at Cedarbrook, Copperleaf. Remember to make a reservation, yes even for breakfast. We did not and had to wait but SO worth it. The ambience alone is worth going but the food even outdid a boasting Sunday brunch…. so just do both, like we did. Will most definitely be returning to Cedarbrook Lodge, if even to spoil family for dinner at Copperleaf. Thank you all again and hope to see you soon

Perfect location and everything. Highly recommend

Overall the stay wasn’t terrible. We booked a room with two full beds for four people. Staff was nice, and the rooms were nice too, although they were very small. Housekeeper only came once to change our sheets for our whole 6 day trip, not satisfied with that considering every day was spent on the beach and our room and sheets were sandy. On the third day, we came back from the beach and when we came in the hotel there was missing food from our desk. We asked to speak to the manager and there wasn’t one in the building at the moment. We didn’t end up talking to a manager because we didn’t want to create a hassle, but unbelievable. Also they charge you $300 once you check in on top of everything you paid for. This was for the “amenities”. None of the amenities included having a coffee maker, microwave, or water in the hotel room. Didn’t know why we had to pay for that if we didn’t use their wifi, gym, or any other of their amenities. On the website it said vallet parking was around $58 and we were ready to pay for it, until the gentlemen in the front said it would be $80 because our car was considered a “oversized vehicle”. We had a Jeep Wrangler. A car that can fit in any parking spot. They are only looking to charge you for anything possible. It wasn’t terrible, but we have stayed at plenty of other hotels that were way better and cheaper on Waikiki. Do not recommend this one.
