Civetta All inclusive Vacations

The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Great hotel with lovely spacious rooms and big bathrooms. Great location to good restaurants and bars

The hotel is undergoing some extensive repairs which we were not advised about in advance. The room service was good but not excellent we only ever received one bathrobe and on one occasion only one bath towel. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection and very nice coffee. The outstanding feature of this hotel was the location. Right next to the canal which has a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants and was very busy every night

Not worth the price per night, especially with no amenities like spa, pool, or jacuzzi. Since local train station and airport are near by, hotel should offer rides free of charge after booking.

This is one of the best hotel that I stayed in Europe. The service was amazing and the food was extraordinary, particularly the one in the Glam Restaurant…,simply outstanding.

Wow Wow Wow! The hotel had 10.0 online ratings which I was skeptical of, but it was Absolutely a 10!!!!! Gorgeous, incredible staff, great location, exceptional breakfast and the nicest (& coolest during heatwave) rooms of all the 5* properties we stayed at in the last couple weeks throughout France & Italy. Sara at breakfast and Ivan at bars made us feel like family after a day! Highly recommend!!

The bathroom faucet handle is broken.

The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was great and kept the room cool. Staff was incredibly helpful in helping us to navigate water transportation and holding our bags for us after we checked out.
